Giovanni Fasiello has been working in cosmetics development for over 15 years, specializing in the strategic creation of skincare and makeup lines for established brands and emerging companies.
He has been collaborating with Malu Wilz Beauté for years, contributing significantly to the 2024 relaunch through product repositioning and offering optimization.
For REVIDERM, he developed a complete line of Skincare Inspired Make-up from scratch, consisting of over 60 products, integrating cosmetic performance and dermo-functional principles.
She also conceived and developed the skincare line for Èsor, defining its structure, formulation direction and product identity.
Her work goes beyond formulation: she follows each project throughout the entire development process, from product concept to storytelling, from packaging design to communication campaigns, ensuring consistency between product, positioning, and language.
