I have been working in the international beauty industry for over twenty-five years, spanning artistic direction, product development, and advanced aesthetics, collaborating with brands, companies, and professionals in diverse markets.

But experience, alone, has never been the point.

What matters is the look.

Over time, I've observed the same pattern repeat itself: surface-focused treatments, temporary results, approaches built without any real structure.

That's exactly where my work begins.

In 2020, I founded ÈSOR Advanced Esthetics Institute, a space where this vision becomes a method. A place where aesthetics is not execution, but direction.

My journey spans backstage, campaigns, product development, and international training. Today, it all converges into a single approach: structured, intentional, built to last.
